BOOT CAMP DETAILS
SESSION #1: Monday July 9th - Friday August 3rd (4 WEEKS)
WHERE: IRVINE near the 5 freeway. (You will receive location details once you call or email to register).
WHEN: Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:15pm
FEE: $150 for 4 weeks of Boot Camp (3 days per week)
$100 for 4 weeks of Boot Camp (2 days per week)
WHAT TO EXPECT: Music. Motivation. Encouragement. Positivity. Dynamic Warm-Up with Stretches. Cardiovascular drills. Plyometric drills. Modifications for beginners or those with injuries/limitations. Beginner push-ups to advanced push-ups for overall upper body toning and strengthening. Skipping like you are a 5 year old again! Resistance bands for hip/thigh/booty burning. Jump Ropes, ab burning, booty burning, Heart rate climbing fun fun fun!
WHAT TO WEAR: Comfy, loose-fitting clothes. Running shoes. No converse please, as these do not support the ankles or arches.
WHAT TO BRING:
Mat – for Abs & Stretching
Towel – for your sweaty face and booty
Water – for your optimal cell hydration and energy
Pair of Dumbbells (2 hand weights)
Women please bring a PAIR of 3’s OR 5’s
Men please bring a PAIR of 8’s OR 10’s
WHAT TO EAT BEFORE: Please eat something 30-60 minutes before class, within 50-200 calories. Include Carbohydrates healthy fats. 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter is a great pre-workout energizer. Banana and almonds. Greek Yogurt with honey or fruit. Apple and 1 tbsp. nut butter. Fruit and nuts are really great, you can’t go wrong.
