That Sushi was the Bomb-Diggidy!!! I wish I had some of that right-now. We must of had about 15 different type's. Wow-serrrs! I had a blast hanging out with you! You are so down to Earth... The competition at The L A FIt Expo/ Ironman was Big-Fun! Who would of thought, that your competition stage would have been right next to the Strongman Competition. More good times to come.... =*)

Hey Wendy. Found a drink you might like since you like the Naked protein drink. It's called Acai Antioxidant Superfood juice. It's put out by Sambazon and it's organic. You can buy the regular flavor or the antioxidant trinity flavor, which adds pomegranate and blueberry juice to the acai juice. I got the trinity one yesterday and tried it. It's pretty good. It's about $6 but I'm going to try and make it last as long as possible by just taking a few sips every day.

Thanks, Wendy. Actually, I do all that stuff already. Nothing helps and nothing works, but I'm getting used to it now. I just continue to work out and eat right because I know I should. I really believe I have some sort of medical condition with my digestive tract or something like that. That's all I can figure. I've already seen a doctor about it three times, but he couldn't figure it out either. Hey, by the way, how did you like Germany? I used to live there.
yoko's fighting again in pretty soon- you should check em out- he might have a fight in irvine come march!!

Oh, never mind. I just found your "nutrition" section and read through that. Good info. Thanks. I think I'm doing everything right but I'm still not getting results. I think there's something wrong with me anatomically.
