I'm 29 years old girl, who come from Italy. It's 3 years that I train in the gym. I started because I wanted lose weight, and i reach a good result, but now I have others target: I would like improve my muscle and reach a fitness model body. I still need lose 8 lbs, but at the same time I would like tone my muscle. I think I make some mistake in nutrition....too many temptation here in Italy! I actually go to the gym twice, and I swim two day a week. Hope Wendy can help me to realize my dream: Have a perfect body!
