8 Week Training Plan and Meal Plan



  • This program will provide you with a consistent workout regimen that will shape and tone your muscles , shed bodyfat, and improve your overall physique in only 8 weeks (if followed and you train hard  during the workouts!)
  • This is not an individualized, customized program.
  • This is a general, but specific guide.
  • You will know exactly what to do everyday, including recommendations for rest days/ yoga/cardio/weights/reps/sets/etc.
  • The workouts can be done at home, or at a gym.

You will need the following equipment:

  • dumbbells (I recommend a variety of challenging weights)
  • jump rope
  • mini band
  • swiss ball
  • a chair or bench for step-ups
