Large Iced Matcha Latte

Milk Prep: Almond milk or Oat milk (you can choose what you like) Soy is also really delicious.

Foam: regular or none

Regular Ice

Regular Matcha

Syrups & Sauces (IMPORTANT): Select NO SIMPLE SYRUP (this is what makes it sugar free!)

I love starting my morning with a brisk walk, and ending my evening with another brisk walk.
I aim to walk 10,000 steps daily!

Here are six reasons why you should make it a regular part of your day if you're able.

Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits and lean proteins for a healthy mind and body.
I don't drink alcohol and I practice intermittent fasting =)
