My secret to being in the best shape ever:

INTERMITTENT FASTING!



We all have abs.... The key to revealing them, is burning the fat layer over the top. How do you do that? Stop eating so many carbs and sugars!!! Stop Sitting so much! MOVE YOUR BODY!  (as simple as long walks! I walk daily, and I walk very far.... and I do it FASTED!

Intermittent Fasting is my favorite method for reducing body fat because you don't have to kill yourself in the gym. I personally do the 16:8 method, where I fast from 8pm to noon the next day. This means in the morning I don't eat. I drink water, tea, and/or coffee. Then I break my fast around noon.
