Hi! I'm Wendy.  Thanks for stopping by!


 I enjoy living an active lifestyle; power walking 3-5 miles daily out in nature, intermittent fasting, practicing power yoga, and healthy eating.  My training style is low-impact and safe on the joints; combining Barre and Yoga with Mindful Breathing.  We sync breath to movement to facilitate a mind-body connection; thereby improving overall mental and physical health. My clients develop a more positive outlook on life, increase self-esteem, improve posture, mobility, strength and flexibility, sleep better, reduce body fat and build long, lean muscles. I look forward to inspiring you!
