My training style is low-impact and safe for the spine and joints!

i combine Yoga and Barre with Body-Weight Training, Weights, TRX, Stability Balls, and Bands. we do lots of tiny range movements (pulses + partial reps) and isometric holds to really burn out each muscle group in a safe manner. We sync breath to movement to facilitate a mind-body connection; thereby improving overall mental and physical health.
