I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher, and Fitness Specialist based in Irvine, California. From a young age, I played many sports, which taught me the importance of routine and passion. I enjoy a super structured life; prioritizing health of mind and body. I teach my students the importance of mindfulness, daily long walks out in nature, intermittent fasting, deep sleep, and eating fruits and vegetables (anti-inflammatory). Scheduling regular weekly appointments to train with me will help you to stay consistent and thus feel better both mentally and physically.


My training style combines Barre + Yoga (for Strength, Tone, Balance, and Stretching), Hiking, Body Weight Training, Isometric Holds, TRX, Bands, and Ankle Weights. We focus on syncing breath to movement, to facilitate a calming mind-body connection.
