I'm a Certified Fitness Specialist and Yoga Instructor in Irvine, California.
I specialize in high-intensity, low-impact fitness for Women, in a private, comfortable setting.
Sessions last 50-minutes and include my unique combination of;
Yoga, Weight Training, Barre, Ski-Erg, Mini Trampoline, Bands, and TRX.
For optimal health, I encourage my clients to prioritize quality sleep, eat more fruits, veggies and protein at home, power walk as much as possible, and practice intermittent fasting.
