I'm a Fitness Specialist and Yoga Instructor specializing in low-impact exercise for Women Only in Irvine, California.

I encourage my clients to prioritize a plant-based diet to optimize health, reduce inflammation, and maintain a healthy relationship with food.

Each 50 minute session incorporates a mixture of Weights, Bands, Barre, Power Yoga, Stretching, TRX, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline to help you feel great and stay in top shape!
