Hi, I'm Wendy!
I'm a certified fitness specialist and yoga instructor in Irvine, California.
I provide safe and effective low-impact fitness training for Women Only in a comfortable environment.
Each 50-minute session includes a combination of Strength Training, Barre, Yoga, TRX, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline.
We focus on proper form, controlled movements, and deep breathing.
For weight loss, I recommend intermittent fasting combined with an anti-inflammatory, plant-based diet, daily power walks, strength training, and 7-9 hours of quality sleep.
