I'm a Fitness Specialist and Yoga Instructor specializing in low-impact personal training for Women Only in Irvine, California.

Each 50 minute session incorporates a mixture of Weight Training, Bands, Barre, TRX, Power Yoga, Stretching, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline.


Please know that quality nutrition and prioritizing sleep are more important than exercise.

You can't out exercise an unhealthy diet!

For optimal mind & body health, eat the rainbow!
