I'm a Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor specializing in low-impact exercise for Women Only in Irvine, California.

I love daily power walks and enjoy a colorful, plant-based, anti-inflammatory lifestyle to reduce inflammation and pain from endometriosis.

Each 50 minute session incorporates a mixture of Weights, Bands, Barre, Power Yoga, Stretching, TRX, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline to help you stay strong, improve posture and feel your best!
