in Irvine, California.

Each 50 minute session incorporates a mixture of Weight Training, Barre, Power Yoga, HIIT, TRX, Bands, Boxing, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline.
For optimal physical and mental health, it's key to prioritize high quality nutrition and sleep.
