I'm a Fitness Specialist and Yoga Instructor specializing in low-impact fitness for Women Only in Irvine, California.


Nutrition is more important than exercise!

I recommend enjoying a colorful plant-based diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, nuts, seeds, whole grains and green tea.

Each 50 minute training session incorporates a mixture of Weights, Bands, Barre, TRX, Power Yoga, Stretching, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline to help you stay in the best shape.
