
Hi, I'm Wendy!
I'm a certified fitness specialist and yoga instructor in Irvine, California.
I help clients slow down, practice mindfulness, strengthen and lengthen the muscles, improve posture, reduce stress, improve cardiovascular health, and shed fat.
For weight loss, I recommend intermittent fasting combined with eating a healthy, anti-inflammatory, low-carb diet, daily power walks, strength training, and 7-9 hours of quality sleep.
I provide semi-private (2-1) and private (1-1) fitness training for Women Only in a comfortable environment.
Each 50-minute session includes a combination of low-impact Strength Training, Barre, Yoga, TRX, Ski-Erg, and Mini Trampoline.
